WHAT DO YOU MEAN "FREE TV"
The future of television is streaming. With Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Amazon and a host of other pay and free services you can watch what you want when you want. On demand TV is here to stay. This makes Satellite and Cable TV obsolete with the exception of the "Big 5" ABC NBC CBS FOX and PBS. If you are in a location where there is no OTA (Over The Air) TV you are sentenced to satellite TV. If you live in 80% of the country that has local broadcasts you can receive the Big 5 as well as many other channels. In Denver I get more than 80 channels with a $40 antenna in my attic. The pictures are better than cable or satellite because there is no compression of the video! I am passionate about free TV, many of my friends were paying $200 a month for cable or satellite.
HOW DOES THAT APPLY TO A CAMPGROUND?
If you have cable TV or Private Cable (DirecTV or Dish headend with a group of channels) or otherwise a cable plant distribution throughout your campground and can receive local broadcasts you could feed your cable system with free TV and get rid of the cable bill. Spend that on more bandwidth for your campground.
